a work in progress

In the past few weeks, we've received some wonderful presents for Mason and are slowly chipping away at the nursery...we've also put in wood floors in the living room, so the pace has been significantly slower than we'd liked, but...we're making progress!

Here's our snazzy stroller/travel system. The handles are down in the photo, but it actually goes up to the same level as if you were pushing a grocery cart...pretty cool if you're of the taller persuasion! The carrier converts to a car seat and then can be removed completely once the little dude outgrows it. By the way, if you look closely, you can see the new floors in these photos.

Here's another cool thing...it's the By Your Side Infant Seat that plays music, vibrates and reclines! Brad and Mom both want one for Christmas! A spiffy feature...it's places Mason at the same height as us when we're sitting on the couch or in a chair.

In addition to the stick horses from Dad, Aunt Angie couldn't resist...

And here's an update of the crib, complete with mobile, sheets and one of the most precious gifts we've received...a quilt made from my Paw Paw's overalls.

Very cool stuff! Love the quilt too - very special :) We'll be sending a gift towards the end of the month/early January!
